What is your project turnaround time?

Turnaround time depends on the size and complexity of the project, but you can usually expect a turnaround time of 6 weeks. If a turnaround time doesn’t fit within your product release timeline, contact us to discuss other arrangements.

What is the normal lead time for orders?

Because our products are manufactured using different processes, lead times vary by product. Normally, lead times for orders ranges from 4-6 weeks. If a lead time doesn’t fit within your product release timeline, contact us about alternative arrangements.

What are your minimum order quantities?

Minimum order quantities (MOQs) vary by product, but our lowest MOQ is 5,000 units. We have you purchase bulk orders to receive the best price per piece, while allowing you to order in quantities that are scaled to meet your demand for our products.

Can you warehouse my product order?

Yes. To help accommodate your supply and demand needs, we offer short-term warehousing options for orders. Our warehouse options are designed to help expedite the delivery process. Inquire about keeping you next order ready to go by placing it in our warehouse.

What delivery options are available?

We accommodate customers’ delivery needs with our own fleet of trucks, shipping logistics resources, and freight forwarders. If your business has its own delivery resources, we’ll work with you to create a plan that lets you leverage your in-house shipping capabilities.

Do you perform labeling and assembly?

Yes. We specialize in all types of assembly, labeling, and packaging services. Our comprehensive range of solutions is designed to let you simplify product and service needs by using U.S. Continental as your single source for needs in these crucial areas.

What container sizes do you offer?

Standard container sizes range from 1 gram to 200 liters. Under special arrangements, we produce custom containers whose volume exceeds 200 liters. Contact us with your specifications.

What types of products can you fill?

We fill almost all liquid containers, regardless of the liquid’s viscosity. However, we don’t fill containers with ingestibles (e.g., food and drink). Doing so would require us to meet certain U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations that don’t apply to our expertise.
